MihoraKustoms Ordering Policies
1. Deposits
Individual Orders
A non-refundable deposit of 40–50% of the total price is required before any design work or production begins. This deposit is applied toward your final invoice.
We cannot begin mock-ups, edits, or production until a deposit is received.
Bulk Orders
A one-time design deposit of $100–$150 is required before starting the design process for your group.
Once the group approves the design, each individual will be required to pay their deposit before production begins.

2. Design Process
Once a deposit is paid, we begin designing your order. You will receive unlimited revisions during the design stage to ensure your vision is perfected.
To avoid miscommunication, all design details must be communicated through one email thread. Multiple threads may result in important information being overlooked.
Before production, you will be asked to carefully review and confirm all mock-ups, including:
● Spelling
● Colors
● Sizing
● Overall accuracy
Once mock-ups are approved, any client-approved errors that appear in production are the client’s responsibility.
3. Production Timeline
MihoraKustoms is dedicated to ensuring your items arrive in time for your special occasion—graduation, homecoming, anniversaries, and more. To accommodate this, it is important to order within the proper timeline.
Rush Orders
We do not accept rush orders for bulk items. If you need an item faster than our standard timeline, please check with our team to see if it is possible.
If we cannot guarantee a deadline and you choose to proceed, no refunds or compensation will be issued for missed dates that were not guaranteed.
Production time begins after mock-up approval.
Please note that August–September is peak season and may result in longer turnaround times, which will be communicated in advance.
Individual Orders
- Tapestries: 3–4 weeks
- Letterman Jackets/Bombers: 4–6 weeks
Bulk Orders
- 5–45 pieces: 7–9 weeks
- 46+ pieces: 8–10 weeks
4. Refunds & Cancellations
All design deposits are non-refundable. Once the design process has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued.
5. Final Payment
Remaining balances must be paid before shipment or pickup. Failure to pay on time may cause delivery delays.
6. Shipping & Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Meet-ups are only offered on special occasions and must be approved by our team.
MihoraKustoms is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers.
7. Communication
All communication regarding design details must occur through approved channels only:
- Website form submission
- Business messages
- Scheduled Zoom calls
No personal DMs, personal phone calls, or personal text messages will be accepted for order details or logistics.a

8. Remakes & Mistakes

If an error is made on our end, we will correct it free of charge.
Mistakes by the Client
If an error occurs due to customer action—incorrect size selection, inaccurate information, or approval of a mock-up containing an error—a remake fee will be required.
Fees vary depending on the item and complexity of the correction.

No. The design deposit is a one-time fee paid by the group as a whole. Typically, one person pays the full deposit, or the group chooses to split the $150 evenly.

Yes! MihoraKustoms can create jackets and custom apparel for any university, organization, or program.
Most of our featured work highlights HBCUs and Divine 9 clients, but we proudly serve all communities nationwide.
While our website only lists jackets for the schools we are officially licensed to sell, we can still create custom one-of-one jackets for any university upon request.
Unfortunately, we do not offer individual jersey orders at this time. Jersey orders require a minimum of 5 pieces.
