HBCUGO.TV is a live and streaming entertainment, educational, lifestyle & sports network. They set out to be the voice of African American youth and the HBCU community. Led by former BET executives, Curtis Symonds, Clint Evans and Curt Simmons, HBCUGo.TV creates a true destination to celebrate and share the legacy of Historically Black Colleges and Universities through positive sports, entertainment and educational programming.
During the 2025–2026 college football season, we had the opportunity to collaborate with HBCU GO analyst Lawrencia Moten. Together, we curated a series of custom letterman jackets representing each team she covered on gamedays.
Week after week, Lawrencia brought these designs to life on national television, showcasing pieces that highlighted the culture, legacy, and identity of each university. What made this collaboration especially impactful was her halftime tradition—switching jackets to represent both teams, giving each program its moment of recognition.
This wasn’t just about apparel—it was about storytelling, visibility, and celebrating HBCU culture at the highest level.

The CEO of MihoraKustoms, Keymani Isiadinso, was recently recognized by his alma mater, the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as a recipient of the prestigious Blazer Fast 40 Award.
The Blazer Fast 40 program celebrates top-performing alumni-led businesses that exemplify innovation, growth, and leadership. Honorees represent a wide range of industries and are selected based on verified revenue performance, ensuring a fair and data-driven evaluation process.
This year marked the 13th class of honorees—formerly recognized under the UAB Excellence in Business Top 25—continuing a legacy of highlighting outstanding entrepreneurial success.
What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that Keymani became the youngest recipient in the university’s recent history. It’s a full-circle moment, reflecting a journey that began at UAB as an aspiring dentist and evolved into building a thriving apparel business. What started in a college apartment in 2019 has grown into MihoraCo LLC—a brand now recognized for its impact, creativity, and continued growth.
This milestone isn’t just a personal achievement—it’s a testament to vision, resilience, and the power of betting on your own path.
We recently had the pleasure of working with the Xi-Mu Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. at the University of Alabama at Birmingham to celebrate their 35th chapter anniversary.
To commemorate this milestone, the chapter commissioned nearly 100 custom letterman jackets—each one uniquely designed to reflect the individual stories, lines, and legacies of its members. What made this project so special was not just the scale, but the level of detail and personalization required for every single piece.
This order presented one of MihoraKustoms’ biggest challenges to date. Producing 100+ fully customized jackets pushed us beyond our standard production capacity and required a new level of coordination, precision, and execution. It wasn’t easy—but it marked a turning point in what we’re capable of delivering.
We knew a moment like this deserved to be documented. We were grateful to have photographers Caleb Williams and Jahk on site to capture the celebration as these women honored a major milestone in their chapter’s history.
Projects like this are what define our journey. We’re grateful to the Xi-Mu Chapter for trusting us with such a meaningful moment and for allowing us to bring their vision to life.

Who would’ve thought that just three years in, we’d be creating custom jackets for Grammy nominees?
In December 2025, we received a special call to design and produce ten custom letterman jackets for the 2026 Grammy nominees in Songwriter of the Year and Producer of the Year, in partnership with Amazon Music.
Each piece was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the individual journey of the nominee—blending personal storytelling with elements that paid homage to the legacy of the Grammy Awards and the identity of Amazon Music. From concept to completion, every jacket served as a wearable timeline of artistry, influence, and impact.
This star-studded lineup included names like Sounwave, Amy Allen, Cirkut, and more—each bringing their own story to life through custom design.
We’d also like to give a special thank you to Boxxie PR Gifting & Mailing Agency for bringing this opportunity to our doorstep. Collaborations like this are a testament to the power of strong partnerships!
Moments like this remind us that what started as an idea has grown into a platform capable of reaching the highest stages in music and culture.
