• Once the design process has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

• Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued.

If an error is made on our end, we will correct it free of charge.

Mistakes by the Client

If an error occurs due to customer action—incorrect size selection, inaccurate information, or approval of a mock-up containing an error—a remake fee will be required.
Fees vary depending on the item and complexity of the correction.
